Terms and conditions of sale

When ordering a product or registering for events, a confirmation of the order is sent to the buyers e-mail address.
The amount will not be withdrawn from the buyer's debit card until the registration/order has been confirmed by VIA PAY.
By transfer to our bank account, a confirmation of the order is sent when the amount is registered on our bank account.

At VIA PAY, we accept payment by debit card, international credit cards and transfer to our bank account.
VIA PAY encrypts all your credit card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.
This means that unauthorised persons are unable to read your credit card number or any other information
during the transaction with automatic funds transfer.
If you choose bank transfer, be sure to transfer the amount to VIAPAYs bank account within 14 days.
Have we not received the amount within 14 days, the order will be automatically canceled.

Cancellation rights of events/Study trip
If you wish to withdraw from a registration, please send an e-mail to no later than 10 working days before the date of the holding of the event/study trip. Some arrangement have a specifik date for deregistration.
In this e-mail, we kindly ask you to state the registration number and account number for the bank account to which the amount should be sent, information about the invoice number/order number and also name and address. With this information we will refund the paid amount to your account within a few days.

Returned products

You may take the product in use and still return the item within 14 days. VIAPAY is in this case allowed to deduct an amount equal to the increase in value of the product.

If the product is sealed, the customer must not break the seal, if he wants to use his right of cancellation of af product.
The right of cancellation is due if the customer breaking the seal. A seal also includes any technical sealing devices (ex. a serial number)

Cancellation of a product
You must send a message to VIAPAY stating the cancellation of the product. It is not enough to return the product or fail to receive it.

Returning a product
The consumer is responsible for the package. Disappearance or damage of the package during transportation is the consumer’s liability.
